The Hemptress Ritual (5 minutes, AM/PM)

1. Cleanse.

Wash your face with your preferred cleanser.

Morning guidance: No morning cleansing or stripping. Your skin regenerated overnight — let it keep the benefits.

2. Keep it dewy.

Rinse and leave skin damp.

3. Dispense.

By squeezing the rubber bulb on the top of the cap, you fill the glass pipette dropper to its maximum capacity. Use one full pipette for most skin types. The serum is formulated to absorb quickly, but if it still feels too heavy after 10 minutes, try using less next time.

Please know our Love Me Heal Me Serum is loved by those who have oily, normal, dry, or combination skin. This is due to the fact that we designed our serum to have a very low comedogenic score, which means it doesn’t clog pores.

Rub Love Me, Heal Me™ between your palms to activate the palms’ communication pathway with your chakras.

4. Take a breath.

Cup your hands over your nose and inhale the natural scent of 14 key botanicals—the base of our filler-free formula. This will activate the skin–brain axis and supports your mood.

5. Massage.

Apply Love Me, Heal Me® Facial Serum with intentional strokes across your face, neck (and chest if desired) for more than just a great glow. You are actually stimulating and strengthening your ECM (extracellular matrix).

RETURNS

We gladly offer a full refund for Love Me, Heal Me® Facial Serum for any reason, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from hello@hemptress.org and included with your return.
  • Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the order date.
  • The unused portion is returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

To begin a return, email hello@hemptress.org with your order number to request approval and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

If approved, we’ll send:

  • Your RA form.
  • Clear instructions on where and how to send your return.

Note: Packages sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions outlined above, we will notify you that your refund is being processed.

DOES THIS SERUM CONTAIN THC?

Love Me, Heal Me® features a full-spectrum hemp extract and contains less than 0.3% total THC, in compliance with U.S. standards.
HOW DO I USE THE SERUM?

Apply on damp skin, warm between palms, inhale the natural aroma, and massage into face, lips, neck, chest, and hands. Use 2x/day (AM + PM).

Normal/Oily skin: ½ dropperful

Dry skin: 1 full dropperful
CAN I USE IT WITH RETINOL OR VITAMIN C?

We recommend not using Hemptress® Serum in the same application as retinol, to help prevent irritation.

Hemptress® Serum also contains potent Vitamin C (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate), so layering additional Vitamin C products in the same routine may cause irritation for some skin types.

If your skin is sensitive, we suggest alternating usage and introducing actives slowly.

Subscriptions are available for the 30 mL / 1 fl oz bottle only. When you subscribe, you’ll save 25%, and your order will renew automatically. You can modify or cancel anytime—there’s no obligation.
