Refund policy

We believe great skincare should feel effortless—not stressful. Here’s how we take care of you if something isn’t perfect:

 

Returns — Love Me, Heal Me® Facial Serum

We gladly offer a full refund for Love Me, Heal Me® Facial Serum for any reason, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from hello@hemptress.org and included with your return.

  • Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the order date.

  • The unused portion is returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

To begin a return, email hello@hemptress.org with your order number to request approval and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

If approved, we’ll send:

  • Your RA form.

  • Clear instructions on where and how to send your return.

Note: Packages sent back without approval cannot be accepted.


Returns — Tools, Accessories, Swimsuits

These items are final sale and non-returnable, except in cases of:

  • Damage in transit.

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect items shipped.

If something in this category arrives less than perfect, email us at hello@hemptress.org with:

  • Your order number.

  • The item in question.

  • A short description (photos optional but helpful).

We’ll review and resolve the issue quickly.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged.

  • Defective.

  • Incorrect.

Please contact us immediately at hello@hemptress.org so we can make it right fast.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions outlined above, we will notify you that your refund is being processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Most refunds are completed within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed after confirmation and you have not received your refund, please email hello@hemptress.org and we’ll look into it.
