These are the Official Rules for the Hemptress® VIP BOGO Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
Hemptress LLC, 701 Brickell Ave., Suite 1550, Miami, FL 33131 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period (America/Chicago)
The Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 8:00 A.M. CT and ends Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. CT. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.
4. How to Enter
Limit: 12 total entries per person/email/household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.
Automated, bulk, or third-party submissions (including entries generated by bots, scripts, macros, or other automated means, or submitted through fake or multiple accounts) are prohibited and void.
A. Purchase Method (VIP BOGO)
• Each completed BOGO purchase on hemptress.org during the Sweepstakes Period earns one (1) entry.
• Email subscribers (VIP) receive a total of two (2) entries per BOGO purchase (not two bonus entries).
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE — Equal Odds)
• Send an Instagram Direct Message (DM) to @hemptress with the keyword “AMOEBF25”.
• One (1) DM = one (1) entry.
• No like, share, or follow required.
Duplicate/Invalid Entries
Entries that exceed the stated limits; are incomplete, late, garbled, or misdirected; or are generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or submitted through fake or multiple accounts, are void.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
• Grand Prize (1): Love Me Heal Me® Facial Serum — Twelve (12) bottles (ARV $1,440).
• Secondary Prizes (3): Hemptress® Luxe Ritual Box (ARV $240 each).
6. Odds
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
Potential winners will be notified by email (or Instagram DM if the entrant entered via DM) and must respond within 72 hours.
Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification.
8. Verification; Affidavits; Taxes
Potential winners may be required to complete documents including an Affidavit of Eligibility and IRS Form W-9.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify individuals who tamper with the Sweepstakes or violate these Rules. Entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims related to participation or prize use.

12. Geography; Shipping
Prizes ship to U.S. addresses only. Winners are responsible for local taxes or duties.
